Why XMAX 300 is ultimate touring scooter for Samui?

On the mountain road access climb above Nathon two-up last March the XMAX 300 held 65 km/h on a gradient that drops a solo NMAX to 45 - its 28 horsepower against the NMAX's 15 treats an incline as background noise, not an event. On the full 84 km island circuit I reached Chaweng with 40 minutes of usable energy left, where the NMAX had left me fit only for dinner, its longer suspension travel soaking the north coast joins and broken Laem Sor tarmac without my arms buffering each hit. Over three days I measured 32 to 34 km/l, a 380 to 400 km range from the 12-litre tank - six ring-road laps between fills, so petrol leaves the equation. Behind the windscreen at 85 km/h airflow shifts from pressure to managed deflection, saving real fatigue past 50 km. For a demanding Samui touring day - 80 km-plus, mixed gradients, two riders, luggage - it is the only scooter that leaves both fresh; the NMAX comes next.
